C-Section Scar Therapy

A specialist treatment to help with:
- Thick, raised or bulky scar tissue
- Pain or sensitivity
- Abdominal muscle separation
- Internal scar adhesions
- Back & hip pain

- Numbness
Ideal to book anytime from 6+ weeks after birth. First appointment will include: Consultation, visual and hands on scar assessment, diastasis recti assessment, scar therapy treatment and aftercare advice. Includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage.
Scar therapy will consist of a combination of the following: Gentle dry massage techniques to soften and mobilise your scar, Myofascial Release Therapy, Massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (Lymphatouch®).
Suitable from 6 weeks following birth.

Pre-surgical Lymphatic Drainage

A medical-grade Lymphatic Drainage massage, focusing on the surgical site and immediate surrounding areas. Ideal for those planning surgeries such as liposuction, tummy tuck/abdominoplasty, facelifts, breast augmentation, breast explant surgery.

Post-surgical Lymphatic Drainage £95
A Medical-grade Lymphatic Drainage treatment utilising the Lymphatouch® and MLD massage. Can be performed 2-5 days following surgery, depending on sign off by your surgeon. Suitable for:
- Those who have had cosmetic surgery / procedures such as tummy tuck/abdominoplasty, mummy makeover, liposuction, vaser lipo, fat freezing, fat dissolving, breast augmentation, breast explant surgery, breast reconstruction surgery.

Acupuncture for the treatment of:
