Your appointment will include:

This appointment is required before booking follow-up physiotherapy or acupuncture to ensure safe, effective and individualised treatment.
Physiotherapy Follow-Up Appointments
Standard Follow-Up 30 minutes £70
A focused appointment to review progress, manage symptoms and continue hands-on treatment. Most patients find this length ideal for effective ongoing care.
Extended Follow-Up 45 minutes £95
Recommended for more complex presentations, flare-ups or when additional hands-on treatment is required.
C-Section Scar Therapy

A specialist postnatal appointment focusing on assessment and treatment of caesarean section scars that can help with thick, raised or bulky scar tissue, pain or sensitivity, abdominal muscle separation, internal scar adhesions, back or hip pain, scar overhang, tightness and numbness.
First appointment Includes:
• Full consultation and scar history
• Visual and hands-on scar assessment
• Diastasis recti assessment
• Specialist scar therapy treatment
• Personalised aftercare and self-management advice
Treatment may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), myofascial release, massage, Negative Pressure Therapy (Lymphatouch®, when available) and red light therapy.
Suitable from 6+ weeks following birth.
Scar Therapy (Non-C-Section)
30 minutes £80 - (suitable for small to medium scars, such as knee replacement, keyhole surgery scars, hip replacement)
45 minutes £95 - (suitable for larger scars, such as DIEP / breast reconstruction and tummy tuck)
Scar therapy appointments are suitable for surgical, traumatic or post-treatment scars. Initial appointments include consultation, scar assessment, treatment and aftercare advice.
Techniques may include myofascial release, massage and Negative Pressure Therapy (Lymphatouch®, when available).
Lymphatic Drainage for Lymphoedema or Lipoedema (already diagnosed)
30 minutes £70 (suitable for a single limb eg arm, leg or breast)
45 minutes £95 (suitable for bilateral limbs or for particularly advanced lymphoedema)
Clinical lymphatic drainage for individuals diagnosed with lymphoedema or lipoedema. Treatment is tailored to your specific presentation and may form part of an ongoing management plan.
Pre-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage

Specialist clinical lymphatic drainage performed by an MLD-UK registered practitioner, designed to prepare tissues and lymphatic pathways ahead of surgery, supporting circulation, reducing fluid retention and optimising recovery.
Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage

Specialist clinical lymphatic drainage performed by an MLD-UK registered practitioner, suitable from 2–5 days following surgery (subject to surgical sign-off).
Acupuncture

Acupuncture may be used alongside physiotherapy to support the management of pain, headaches, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, menopausal symptoms and fatigue.
