The Breast Cancer Recovery Course
Just had breast cancer surgery and don’t know where to start? This physio-guided course walks you through everything step by step, for only £59.
What’s Inside the Course
5 chapters - 23 lessons - work through at your own pace. Course last updated June 2026.
Chapter 1 — Understanding Your Diagnosis
You’ll get clear, jargon-free explanations of breast cancer, the different treatment types, and the surgeries you may have had. Many women say they leave hospital feeling confused about what actually happened to their body - this chapter fills that gap so you feel informed and in control.
Chapter 2 — Making Sense of Your Side Effects
Surgery, chemo, radiotherapy, hormone therapy - each one affects your body differently. This chapter explains what’s normal, what to watch for, and why you’re feeling the way you feel. Knowing what’s expected makes it so much less frightening.
Chapter 3 — Getting Moving Again Safely
This is the practical heart of the course. Annabel guides you through exactly which exercises to do, and when - from the first day after surgery right through to rebuilding upper body strength. No guessing, no Googling, no doing the wrong thing at the wrong time.
Chapter 4 — Scar & Tissue Care
Step-by-step video techniques for scar massage, myofascial release, and managing cording (that tight, rope-like pulling sensation many women feel after surgery). These are the same hands-on techniques Annabel uses with her patients - now you can do them at home.
Chapter 5 — Reducing Your Risk of Lymphoedema
One of the biggest fears after breast cancer treatment. This chapter explains your personal risk, the lifestyle changes that make a real difference, and exactly what to do (and avoid) to keep your lymphatic system as healthy as possible.
